Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels:
This book has some good ideas in it...but takes on a "Save the World" tone, instead of a "Save My Body" tone that I expected it to have.
***I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

* Sugar-free Fudgsicles
* Sugar-free Jell-O
* Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate
