Syrissa's Running Page

Syrissa started running a couple years ago...starting out slow and now she's training for the St. George Marathon! Go Girl!! She's an inspiration to me!  She's a busy mom of four and still manages to get up EARLY and train!  She ran a half marathon early this year and used the running program in http://www.marathonrookie.com/
