Why Did I Choose to Become a Beachbody Coach?

My path to Beachbody started a while back. I signed up to be a Beachbody coach so that I could get some of their workouts at a discount...I got what they call a Showcase pack and the workouts were about 50% off. I got the workouts and then I quit the business aspect of Beachbody....But I loved the workouts and lost about 20 pounds! I'm now below my weight I was at when I got married, and I never thought that would happen!!

I don't believe that getting healthy has to be hard or complicated. I found an AMAZING book that helps explain what you should be eating and how you should be exercising, it's called The Culprit and The Cure.

In a nutshell, a healthy diet includes:
* 5 fruits and/or vegetables everyday,
* Whole grains,
* Fish, poultry, and eggs as alternatives to red meat, which should be limited to once a week or less.
* And avoidance of trans fats.

And as far as exercising goes, exercise for 30 minutes every, or most, days of the week.

I found that Beachbody encouraged these standards as well. I have my Shakeology for breakfast every morning with fruit blended in. This takes care of 2-3 servings of fruits/vegetables everyday, not to mention all the nutrients that comes along with Shakeology (I'll share my Shakeology recipes another post.) And, most of the exercise programs come with nutritional guides with meal and food ideas.

The Beachbody programs are top notch! With the Showcase pack I have tried most of the exercise programs. I LOVE that they are easy to follow, I don't have to think about it, I just get up and push play.

By becoming a Beachbody Coach, I feel like I'm preventing disease and creating a healthy lifestyle...and encouraging others to do the same. We're LOVIN THE LIVIN!!
